Refund policy.

This page defines how Carol's VPN handles renewals, cancellations, and refund requests for live subscriptions.

30-day refund window

Carol's VPN reviews refund requests made within 30 calendar days of the Stripe charge you want reviewed.

Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method when that path is still available.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.

The charge date and renewal cadence are controlled by the plan selected at checkout.

Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. Current access remains active through the paid billing period, then ends when that period closes.

Cancellation does not automatically mean an immediate refund. Refund requests are reviewed separately.

How to request a refund

Use the account and data request page or contact support with the billing email used for the purchase and the reason for the request.
